@pretymuchmegahn Yeah, it's the recommended treatment for nightmares on up-to-date. Lol I had no idea what to do until I looked it up and was so surprised when it worked! Benzos can sometimes make vivid dreams worse. Let me know if you need me to call that in for you 😋
