Nowadays brands are just focused on selling their products and they don't care about after-sale services. Once you buy the product now the brand has nothing to do whether that product is giving the expected performance or not.
Sadly there is no govt body who helps on this.
This is the 3rd day and unfortunately nobody called or came for Water Purifier Installation. What options do we have when these companies behave like this and don't care about customers. Not everyone can hire a lawyer and invest months to fight legally.

Worst experience. First time buying this brand from Amazon. Product was delivered early, but installation scheduled for 25 May ’26 never happened. No technician assigned despite calls, chats & emails. Kept waiting the whole day at home for nothing.

Our honourable PM has made an appeal to the citizens of India for help. He asked us not to buy Gold jewellery, no foreign trips at least for 1 year.
We all know who goes on the most expensive foreign trip that too is funded by tax money.
