@airindia The checkin experience in Thiruvananthapuram airport served by Air India’s Renjith was awesome. Similarly the inflight service done by the air hostess supervisor was unbeatable. There is a difference between serving as a job and serving with care and this is what I saw.

Flew @airindia from TRV to DEL. Good smooth service. Onboard entertainment was good. Onboard food was good. The hostess were kind and nice. Departed on time, Arrived on time, bags came on time. Well what more can I ask for... #AIFans #FlyAI
