"Humanity has a special obligation to protect Jews." — @VanJones68
CNN commentator, Emmy winner & NYT bestselling author Van Jones is one of the Jewish community's most steadfast non-Jewish allies.
We're proud to welcome him to the Genesis Prize Advisory Board.

@NBCNews Hi, I watch Nightly News with Tom Llamas. Why are your closed captions so far behind the spoken word, especially if the anchor is reading from a script? Other news program captioning is far more timely. Thanks for looking into this.
A small country with a very big voice.
Once again, Israel was in the finals of #Eurovision. With 180 million viewers, it’s the most watched nonsporting event on Earth.
From the 1970s to today, Israel has more Eurovision wins than France, Germany, Italy, Spain, or the United Kingdom.

.@Isaac_Herzog is the first Israeli President to visit Panama and will head to Costa Rica tomorrow. It’s a pivotal moment for deepening ties between Latin America and Israel.
Until the start of his presidency, Herzog was Chairman of the Genesis Prize Selection Committee.
In honor of 2025 Genesis Prize Laureate and Argentinian President Javier Milei (@JMilei), The Genesis Prize Foundation created American Friends of Isaac Accords to strengthen support for Israel across Latin America. President Herzog’s visits to Panama and Costa Rica are important steps in achieving this goal.
The president of Argentina was the first foreign leader invited to light the Independence Day torch and the first to sign the Isaac Accords, a global initiative championed by The Genesis Prize Foundation aimed at combating Israel‘s isolation and expanding its ties with Latin America. @JMilei
We strongly support the nomination of Volodymyr Zelensky (@ZelenskyyUa) — the first Jewish president of Ukraine — for the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize. His courage defending freedom and democracy deserves global recognition.
@U24_gov_ua@Ukraine@DefenceU
@TheGenesisPrize@ZelenskyyUa@U24_gov_ua@Ukraine@DefenceU President Zelensky deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for defending democracy, sovereignty, and human dignity under relentless aggression—showing that a just peace must be protected, not simply hoped for.
Genesis Prize Laureate Javier Milei (@JMilei) will become the first foreign leader to light a torch at Israel’s 78th Independence Day ceremony. A fitting honor for one of Israel’s clearest and most unwavering supporters.
Since taking office, Milei has reversed decades of Argentine voting patterns at the United Nations, designated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Hamas, and Hezbollah as terrorist organizations, and reopened investigations into the deadly 1990s terrorist attacks against Jewish and Israeli targets in Argentina.
For the Genesis Prize committee, these actions mattered. The prize – often referred to as the "Jewish Nobel Prize" – recognizes individuals whose leadership reflects both professional achievement and a deep commitment to Jewish values and the Jewish people.
Tonight, Jews around the world will retell the Exodus story of a people driven from their homes, walking toward an uncertain future.
But that story never stopped.
Expelled by dictators, forced out by antisemitism and violence, Jewish men and women across the 20th century went on to reshape science, art, technology, and ideas.
Not despite their expulsion, but because of it.
Exile didn’t diminish Jewish achievement. It amplified it.
Share their stories.

@TheGenesisPrize@GalGadot@jfunders An important initiative to help Israel heal by helping the helpers. In honor of 2026 Genesis Prize laureate, Gal Gadot
Yesterday, The Genesis Prize Foundation hosted a luncheon with Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations @dannydanon and UN ambassadors and officials from Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Paraguay.
Part of our initiative to strengthen Israel–Latin America ties, the gathering advanced the “Isaac Accords” (https://t.co/zWzgtM2Dez) – a brainchild of 2025 Genesis Prize Laureate Argentinian President Javier Milei (@JMilei).
"We are working to transform shared values into shared action," said Ambassador Fitz Haney (@realFitzHaney). "Israel is not alone – and we are building partnerships designed to endure."
Co-Founder and Chairman of The Genesis Prize Foundation Stan Polovets: "Security is not only about defense – it is about diplomatic depth and strong, values-based partnerships. In times of war, friendships matter."
