@TANGEDCO_Offcl Sir/Mam, there was a huge voltage spike yesterday (Nov 17, 2024) at around 7 AM which resulted in damage of appliances like AC and pressure pump motor. It has incurred a loss of several thousand rupees. How do we report this incident and request for compensation?

@tambaramcorpor2 sir/mam, I bought a flat last Aug. Now I'm being asked to pay property tax from 2022-23 whereas I regd my prop in Aug 2023 & our builder has paid vacant land tax until 2022-23. Grievance raised in cma-utis app is not answered for more than a month. Plz help.
