I have bought my car insurance from Mahindra brokers dp auto GKP they had suggested me to buy this from chola MS and now I had a request of claim on 5fh aug of nearby amount 24000 instead of this I am getting 75% of amount,TILL TODAY COLAINT NOT CLOSED

3311/02365736/000/00 ,bumper to bumper with zero dep is my policy number, From 5th August to till now it has not been completed instead of 100% I am getting 75% of the claim amount and amount is not big it is just 25000 why you are making theese kind of policy

I had bought this policy from DP automobile Mahindra gorakhpur Mahindra Surveyor is not picking calls , please look into this 3311/02365736/000/00 this is the policy number please do the needful as soon as possible . Rajiv Chaudhari is the surveyor Gorakhpur
