Down 17-3 at Tennessee with 9 minutes left, Baker Mayfield and the OU offense rallied all the way back to tie the game with 40 seconds left.

Sterling Shepard scored on an 18-yard TD in the 2nd overtime for OU’s first lead of the game.

Then, three plays later, Zack Sanchez ended the game with an interception.

It’s one of the greatest comeback wins in program history.

Bob Stoops said immediately following the game: "It's one of the more special wins, maybe my favorite of all of them. A little Sooner magic came back out. It reminded me of maybe like we're back at A&M back in 2000, where we made some plays to win the game that you feel pretty fortunate and blessed to make."
