Correction: I mixed up Ivermectin with HCQ for Malaria treatment, yet another drug loudly promoted as a miracle cure for COVID with little in the way of evidence. However, my point stands - Ivermectin isn't solely "horse dewormer" and that was a cheap rhetorical trick Tom used.
