@kat_goyette My district really wants us to use Microsoft Teams. I introduced several collaborative assignments and students loved being able to comment and share on their class homepage.

@TraciBrowder@sarahjteacher Well, this gives me all the feels because it is pretty much what I do too! Guess I am doing it right. I think I was just supposed to shove them in a corner with some worksheets, but I couldn't do that. We catch up on missing assignments, helps their grades so much. Thank you.
@TraciBrowder@sarahjteacher ISS was assigned to my title this year (long story). It is sometimes difficult to find the value in keeping a learner out of the classroom as part of a consequence for skipping said class...
@Cbustamante2222 My county is in the very very very early stages of personalized learning paths. I am lucky enough to be on the team that is planning the roll out.
@sarahjteacher A3 I had to implement a seating chart. It helped a lot, but I still let them work with the person of their choice for most collaborative activities. I realized that seating charts were necessary with freshman, it wasn't as much of a problem when I had upperclassmen.
