@GNRailUK so loads of CBG trains cancelled because of signal failure. Unavoidable. However, the 18.33 FPK to HIT is cancelled due to a shortage of train crew. Surely one of the drivers from the cancelled trains due to signal failure could’ve driven that train to Cambridge.

@GNRailUK why are so many trains cancelled today? From Hitchin to London we have extra stops put in because of cancellations. Constant ticket reminders. We pay a lot the least we could have is a reliable service.

@GNRailUK yet another day out ruined. Train into London Delayed. Train home cancelled. So is the next fast one. Only slow train into between. Which will be rammed. It’s unacceptable.

@GNRailUK It doesn't say that on Trainline . for example, the 10.55 HIT to FPK says 26min direct. On the National Rail App it says the same 26min no change. It has the cancelled trains at 41 and 11. Plus, you didn't answer why there is a shortage of train crew again.

According to the Trainline, the cancelled trains are at 41 and 11 past the hour. It appears there are direct trains at 03, 25, 33 and 55 past the hour. what is correct? Also, why no train crew?

@Ocado Easter Sunday lunch ruined. No lamb in delivery. Told by your call centre that the supervisor didn’t deem it a ‘centrepiece’ item so no help or voucher offered. Am away from home will waste tmw finding substitute in local shops. Poor
