Got a reply for mail sent to [email protected] to contact Eswathu helpline. This is sakala issue so please help. Eswathu call centre has no clue as appln pending with panchayat president.

My Ekhatha appln with GSC PR0910200081421 is pending with panchayat president for > 45 days. SAKALA portal is not working as it shows wrong name and not able to do Appeal 1. Please direct president to issue ekhatha as all docs verified
