Their call centre support is a night mere , They simply ask to visit the branch and when we visutthe branch they ask us to drop a mail and when thw mail revert would be same asking us to visit the branch

The worst Insurance I have efr seen was @HDFCLIFE which simply provides rhe wrong information the customers and sell the policies and whenever customer acts simply keep in saying that the policy has been lapsed hence can't be surrendered and some blah blah replies. .
