Our SVP students paid a visit to the residents of Bethel House this afternoon. They played Bingo and sang Christmas carols, & the students loved seeing their friends again! Bethel House gave our students a gift basket with cakes & sweets to thank them for their kindness ❤
Our form groups have been crafting some truly beautiful Advent wreaths in readiness for our Advent service next week.
All are welcome to pop along next Tuesday at 5pm in the main hall.
2 of our staff had a hard time judging the beautiful hampers, choc full of items donated by our pupils for those in need in our area! We’ll be busy at the end of the week delivering to @ValeDAS_@LlamauUK , @VFoodbank and Space 4U

Yesterday, YR8 & 9 students were making sustainable farming greenhouses, controlled by a microchip to grow microgreens such as radish or broccoli within the classroom! 🏡🥦
They coded the microchip within the workshop, and built the greenhouses in teams to get the final product!
The debate club welcomed our new MP for the Vale of Glamorgan, Kanishka Narayan to our school today as part of Parliament week. Students had a Q&A session and were amazing! We look forward to welcoming Kanishka again in the future!
