documentation is such a weird bottleneck now

humans can skim, guess, open 10 tabs, read an issue from 2021, compare versions, and slowly figure out what the SDK actually wants

coding agents can’t do that well

they read docs like the docs are clean truth

but most docs are half outdated, version scattered, examples are too simple, edge cases are hidden, and the real integration details live in changelogs, github issues, and random comments

the problem is not just bad docs

it’s that docs were never written for agents to execute from them

The hardest part of building a startup is not writing code.

It’s staying honest.

Honest about the market.
Honest about what users actually want.
Honest about whether you’re building a company or just avoiding the uncomfortable work.
