Eating in a meditative state is a simple way to slow down and be present.
Take a moment to pray, feel connected within, and appreciate the food in front of you. Sometimes, gratitude begins with the simplest things.

Today, on India’s 80th Independence Day of India, I found myself reflecting on a question I was once asked, do we have a freedom of choice?
My Guruji used to say that true freedom lies in having the freedom to do what is right.
Perhaps, that is the deeper meaning of freedom, not simply the freedom to choose, but the wisdom to choose what is right.

@RGVzoomin RGV Sir,
While watching your films,my understanding nd consciousness of filmmaking deepened immensely. Suddenly, while watching an interview related to you, it struck me that nt becoming a filmmaker myself feels almst like I have failed to honour the inspiration you have given me
Somebody asked me a profound question: How and when do we find our Guru?
As I answered, I found myself reflecting on how I found mine.
Looking back, I can say that the person I am today is because of my Gurus' guidance, grace, and constant love. Today, and every day, I remember them with deep gratitude.

If even the divine, in the imagery of our temples and paintings are shown meditating that shows that meditation is not an escape from life, but a doorway into experiencing it more deeply, more consciously, and more completely.
In stillness, we begin to hear what the noise of everyday life often hides. We become more aware of our thoughts, our emotions, our relationships, and the quiet wisdom that already exists within us. Meditation does not take us away from the world; it helps us return to it with greater clarity, balance, compassion, and strength.
Don’t wait for the perfect moment, begin now and feel the change within yourself.

Power can be taken. Possessions can be lost. Status and titles may change with time. But the one who has learned to govern their thoughts, emotions, and inner world carries a strength that cannot be removed.
Heartfulness meditation makes us experience that it is not about controlling what is outside us, it is important to master what is within.

We often label ego as something negative but it’s not that simple. The same ego that pushes us to prove ourselves also drives growth, ambition, and the desire to become better. It fuels careers, builds confidence, and keeps us striving forward.
But ego has a tipping point. When it shifts from self-improvement to self-image, when we start trying to appear rather than become, it begins to work against us.
Ego can build you, or it can break you. The difference lies in whether you use it to grow or to pretend.

At work or in our daily chores, we’re often juggling multiple tasks. Some handle it with ease, while others feel overwhelmed.
But the truth is we can only do one thing at a time, no matter how much is on our plate.
Spirituality doesn’t demand extra time. Even while working, we can remain in a meditative state. This shift doesn’t happen overnight it unfolds gradually, bringing calm and clarity into everything we do.
Conversations about rethinking and re-evaluating help children understand the importance of humility. At a certain point in their lives, children go through a phase of saying, “I know… I know.” Whatever you try to teach them, the response is often, “I know.” For a time, this attitude is natural.
However, if it continues beyond the age of around eight, children need guidance. In such instances, sit down with them and share a moment when you thought you knew something but later realized you didn’t. Present it as a story, and the lesson will stay with them. If this habit resurfaces during adolescence, try offering indirect advice and gentle hints.
With regular meditation, clarity dawns and awareness expands. We begin to reconnect with our true nature.
For the soul is inherently peace, love, and wisdom and meditation carries us back to this inner state.
