The Timeline of your Pathetic Service:

📅 15th Oct: Laptop scheduled for delivery. Zero updates, no one showed up. 🤡

📅 16th Oct: Agent arrives but DENIES turning on the laptop to check the screen. I refused to give the OTP without verifying, so he took it back unopened.

📅 17th Oct: Scheduled AGAIN. I called the agent, and he flat-out refused to come, saying: "I will not deliver your product because it's a costly laptop!"

Here is your BIGGEST SCAM:
I called your Customer Care, and they clearly told me: "You MUST turn on the laptop and check the screen. If you accept a damaged screen, we will not do anything or refund you."

BUT your Ekart Hub Manager told me on call: "Policy is to only show the outer body. You are NOT allowed to turn on a costly product to check."

What the hell is going on in your company?! 😡

You are intentionally trapping customers! Ekart doesn't let us check the actual device, and your customer care denies refunds because we "didn't check it properly"! It’s a vicious, calculated fraud.

Even if you offer products at half price or throw crazy discounts in the future, customers will think twice before buying from you. Flipkart is nothing but a SCAM running under the guise of an e-commerce app. 🛑

You are a Lala company with zero ethics, zero coordination, and zero responsibility. Absolute garbage! 🤮
