This is an everyday scene at Komarada, Parvathipuram, Manyam District, Andhra Pradesh.

The Pooranpad-Labesu Bridge over Nagavali River was announced THIRTY ONE years ago.

Politicians kept getting elected, people kept fighting, political parties kept coming back to power, governments just switched seamlessly.

But the lives of people over 60 villages never changed.

Every year during the rainy season…villagers have to risk their lives to commute, including school children.

They had one boat and even that isn’t functioning right now…forcing everyone to cross in chest-deep water.

We talk about AI, Data centers, Space technology, Smart cities, Quantum valleys and what not!

But in 31 years, a small bridge couldn’t be constructed!

Respected @SajjanarVC_IPS - there is no Petrol ..and shortage is very much evident in the city i feel. Personally been to Kaithlapur - bunk next to Rainbow Vistas - NO PETROL, they didnt even allowed!! FYI pls

There is no shortage of fuel or LPG cylinders in #Hyderabad. Adequate stocks are available and supply is running smoothly across the city. Citizens are requested not to panic or rush to fuel stations, as such actions may lead to unnecessary congestion and disruption.

Hyderabad City Police is closely monitoring the situation in coordination with all concerned departments. We urge everyone to remain calm, avoid spreading or believing in rumours, and cooperate with authorities to ensure normalcy is maintained.
