Public Sector Banks cater to masses and also does the laborious financial inclusion
Work stipulated by Govt which results in reducing their profits & heavy workload on branches. But as a public sector banker what's hurts us most is that we don't get level playing field.If PSBs get proper level playing field in competition we can perform much better than any Pvt banks in our country.

Since inception, this issue has been raised by us continuously. However, It's observed that it's on the increasing side. Our members are denied leave due to the urgency of business, but for trips inside and outside the country, the bank's priorities go on the back burner.
