Worst service from Koramangala Loan Dept. Took loan in May, promised auto-debit from June. It never activated. Paid June via customer care, which hit my CIBIL score. Still not set up in July.
Please activate auto-debit immediately & fix CIBIL issue. @IDBIBankCares

Scam. They offered gift box if you order above 299 and when order delivered there was no gift box when asked the same to customer service they said out of stock why you then offered stop scamming people. #Bengaluru #Scam

I have requested a loan statement one April first week. I have send several followup mails as well, still I haven't received the statement.Later I have contacted home branch through phone,they replied would be ready by next day. Now they are not picking my phone.
