4. The senior traffic police asked me why I was honking and I replied- “ people are blocking the free left and asked him what he was doing without clearing them” and he asked me “ why are you giving siren?” And I replied - “ why are people blocking the free left?

2. The entire left lane was blocked with bikes when it clearly says free left.
3. When I honked continuously, nobody was moving and after 2 min of non stop honking people started to move.
