The irony is:

Govt doesn't want to take measures to discourage millions in people playing Online Rummy, Fantasy Sports, Online Gambling, Casinos operating in a most unregulated way

They only want to take measures to discourage a few lakh F&O traders from a space which is already highly regulated by SEBI and other bodies
