Lady Hardinge Medical College
So called on of the best college in country for brightest girls of the country
But the students suffering in a hell hole due to bad hostel conditions ill management systems and ignorant faculties laughing on students distress
Protest for same
Do you also think that this protest about #KolkataDoctorDeath case will end after 2-3 days, and no culprit would be punished and there will be long court case of 8-10 years and #MoumitaDebnath’s parent would still await for justice.
If yes, then Indian Judiciary sytem is the problem. We need a complete overhaul of the Indian judiciary system.
Even rapist like Asaram and Ram Rahim Singh are out on bail and still living. The jails are filled with criminals like these. Tell me one reason why any criminal who has committed heinous crime should live? Why they are not given death sentences once their crimes are proved. What is this fuckery?
Shocking 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

There’s no way to know what actually happened to Di that night. I’ve tried to piece together a draft from bits and pieces of leaks and clues. I don’t know how much of it is true, so you can consider it speculative fiction if you like.
By now, everyone surely knows that a downright unethical broker syndicate is at work. Some think it’s a sex racket, but I believe it’s a drug mafia behind it. And by “drug mafia,” I don’t just mean narcotics. The swapping of hospital medicines for profit also cannot be ruled out. The main mastermind behind running this dark empire is the principal of that college. Under his protection and supervision, all the crimes are carried out, with some rising leaders from the TMCP unit acting as henchmen. This allows them to exercise power on the one hand and cover the costs of their drinking and revelry on the other. Anyone who protested was silenced by threats of failing, being barred from staying in the hostel, or being prevented from taking exams.
This went on until Di protested against this injustice. That was about a month ago, after which Di faced extreme harassment. Neither the HOD nor any seniors from the department looked back to help her. At some point, Di realized that it would be tough to complete her course if this non-cooperation continued. Even telling her family didn’t help; what could her helpless elderly parents do? Then, on her boyfriend’s advice, Di started gathering evidence against them, so that if anything went wrong, she would have the means to fight legally.
The turning point came when the department people found out about this and immediately informed the boys from the TMCP unit. They decided they had to settle things quickly. Accordingly, everything was planned. The patient was shifted from the room right in front of the seminar room, and the face of “fall guy” Sanjay, the one with the barb wire, was shown on the CCTV. Then strict instructions were given to the team’s boys to ensure that no patient, nurse, or anyone else would come near that area during the night shift (until 8 in the morning). While eating, Di was offered to sleep in the seminar room. Then came the four of them.
Their primary goal was to silence her so that if one person spoke up, the others wouldn’t follow, and the cat wouldn’t be let out of the bag. But if a calm, non-confrontational girl is suddenly murdered, the motive would first be sought among them. So they took up the age-old weapon—rape—to make people think that rape was the real motive, and murder just followed. There was no way petite Di could have fought against those four strapping men, and the autopsy report itself shows how brutally she was tortured.
Then came the twist that makes one shudder to think about. They called in Sanjay to ejaculate on Di’s corpse, so that if an investigation did happen, the DNA from the semen would lead them to Sanjay. He hadn’t committed the murder, had no scratches on his body, and if he were accused of murder, he would get away. At most, he could be charged with having sex with a corpse or necrophilia, for which there’s no punishment under Indian law. Then, they conveniently left Sanjay’s earphones on the ground as if the criminal had knowingly left the most obvious trace behind.
Surely, you saw the news about Di’s car being vandalized. That was done to retrieve and destroy those pieces of evidence. Everything else went according to the script. When the honorable person received confirmed information that everything from evidence tampering to erasing the last clue to catching the criminals had been done, she gave the green signal for the CBI with utmost peace.

Concerned authorities should investigate this angle and let us know the truth

Being a girl is so hard. You are nobody's priority. Your parents will always choose their son over you and your partner will always choose his parents over you.
Whereas you spend the first half of your life prioritising your parents and the other half prioritising your partner.
@DipshikhaGhosh It's an inside job, she knew about activities that could have put the authorities In trouble and so they first tried to threaten her and when she din bow, they eliminated her.
Listen to this. Her legs were found at right angles. Her parents were told it’s a suicide. Her body was cremated by the police while the parents were waiting at the college. Can it be more evident that this can only happen when too many influential people are criminals?
