I cycle to work and in the last 3 years in Bangalore, I have cycled 30 thousand kilometres in my office commute . Equivalent to preventing 12 tonnes of CO2 to the planet 🪐 in 3 years. Each tonne of CO2 reduction equals planting 40 trees which means 120 trees planted to my credit

My office commutes in Bangalore : Run 2 Office: 4 h, MTB to office: 1h 30 min, Road bike to office: 1h 8 min, Bus and Metro train: 2 h, Car 2 office: 1h . I find myself to be happy commuting and stress free when I cycle/run/public transport but stressed out in a car. #office
