Ordered from BigBasket for the first time and received an expired product. I only noticed after consuming it because the taste felt unusual, and later I checked the packaging to see the product had already expired.

When I continued asking questions, the chat was ignored and disconnected.

Attaching images for reference and tagging the food safety department for attention. Delivering expired food products and handling customer concerns this way is unacceptable.

What’s more concerning is the response from customer support. There was no apology or explanation for how an expired product was delivered. They refused to clarify the issue and said a refund would only be processed if I returned the expired product.
