I have recordings of all my calls to you and my conversations. I won't hesitate to reach the consumer court with an FIR for denial of service on an insurance I pay a premium for, today. I can confidently say they'll move this much faster.
Everyone has the same answer - "I can understand your concern". No one does though. My new car is held for delivery for more than 4 days now and one bats an eye. If I request an escalation, your service engineers act as though I asked to be a part of their will. /2
