@amazonIN My order supposed to receive yesterday. But returned to final delivery station blaming I was not available. Raised a complaint yesterday. Today it showed Out for Delivery and the delivery agent is not picking up the call. The order not received yet.

@AmazonHelp Can you give me the reason why I should wait for more than 48hrs even though I've highlighted multiple times with customer care persons. The customer care person says, wait till 26th jun. Not sure how long I have to wait for this one day delivery order.

@amazonIN Really upset with the unknown reason for the unsuccessful delivery of my recent order. Even though I'm a prime member, I'm waiting more than 48 hrs for the same day rush delivery order. Whenever calling the Customer care person, they just extend the timeline.

@amazonIN Order type is prime - same day delivery - prepaid order. The status is showing like it is in the final delivery station from 21st Jan. Without calling me they just updated as they couldn't reach out to me. Amazon is amazing. 😡

@amazonIN Escalated the situation to the customer care more than 4 times and didn't get a proper answer or reason for the delivery delay yet. Now the delivery timeline just extended to 26th June. Prime order done on 21st June with same day delivery. Waited more than 48 hrs.
