A practical solution for Himalayan spots like this: Govt should build large parking hubs outside the main tourist zones & ban private vehicles from entering cities and core areas.

Run frequent park-and-ride shuttle buses to ferry tourists in and out.
This would cut congestion, reduce pollution, save fuel, and make the experience far more enjoyable for everyone.
