@abhealthin It's been 48hrs since you asked for 48hrs of time to discover what has happened. Still are you unable to find fault or reasons for not giving back the money ?? Any responses rather than asking me to wait @abcapital @abhealthin

Currently there is no tickets ! No updates! No resolutions ! It's silent and @abcapital @abhealthin is cool about making the customers pay even when we are under eligibility criteria!! Great

@abcapital As you investigate , there has been another closure of another ticket. This is ridiculous. Even being under my eligibility, @abhealthin dont check and revert properly i guess. It's high time we stop believing and paying for add-on or health insurance... Frustrating now !

@abhealthin I was discharged only after I paid the amount. And I have been following Aditya Birla for a reimbursement for the amount I paid. I am being rejected despite submitting all the originals.

@abhealthin @abcapital I’m not asking for goodwill. Please honour my coverage and refund ₹11,739 paid at discharge. Requesting a senior claims/grievance officer to review Claim 1112685606959, confirm if the deduction was incorrect, and refund ₹11,739.

@abhealthin @abcapital Your settlement documents shows “room proportional discount” applied across multiple expense heads. I was eligible for and occupied a Single Private Room. Please identify the exact policy clause that permits this deduction in my case.

Your cashless authorisation for Claim 1112685606959 approved ₹2,78,370.59 against a ₹3,01,757 hospital bill. Yet at discharge, I was made to pay ₹11,739. The hospital bill clearly records this payment. Why was this amount deducted? @abhealthin @abcapital

My Activ One MAX+ policy allows a Single Private Room, and my wife was actually admitted in one at Kauvery Hospital. There was no room upgrade. Why, then, was a “room proportional deduction” applied to this claim? @abhealthin @abcapital
