@EurekaForbes Complete lack of customer service again. Now they don’t want to honour their own contract after extending the warranty as they charged me for three years contract every year. Looked like they corrected their mistake but they correct in the paper and not in system

@ICICIBank_Care we have a FD with ICICI home finance which matured sometime back. We have misplaced the receipt and has been following up with customer care of ICICI home and getting only canned responses for the last two months. Pathetic customer service. Hope I get a response

We are being cheated by @EurekaForbes for the last several years. From 2015, every year the company is collecting ₹4900 for renewing three year maintenance contract. I don’t know how many customers are getting fleeced like this? I am shocked how trustworthy company can do this?
