@NewIndAssurance Nothing has changed! The service is the worst and most pathetic. I have yet to get any update about my reimbursement. Don't ever buy insurance from @NewIndAssurance.

@NewIndAssurance My father's reimbursement claim has been pending with New India Assurance and the Health Insurance TPA for more than 3 months now, with no response to emails or phone calls. Don't ever buy a policy with them, especially for senior citizens. Worst service.

@KRD_forum Thank you for the update. The EKK infrastructure is doing a good job. Since they got the tender in March, the work has started gradually. In the last few weeks, there has been good progress across the stretch, they have improved the current stretch as well for better commuting.
