I was at the Barasat store. The staff were rude and repeatedly asked me to see the store manager who was nowhere to be found in the beginning. Upon spotting him he says it must have been a printing mistake. I refuse to believe that from such a big commercial org. #dissapointed

@Flipkart @FaberIndiaLimited Recently purchased Faber chimney from Flipkart. Installation promised by 28th Jan but no technician showed up till now. After multiple complaints, the technician demanded ₹1250 for install+₹1600 for pipe while Flipkart clearly lists ₹600 install+₹1500pipe

After multiple complaints, the technician demanded ₹1250 for installation + ₹1600 for the pipe, (stating that this is their official fee) while Flipkart clearly lists ₹600 installation + ₹1500 pipe cost.
This is clear fraud and both flipkart and Faber are mutually on this!
