@bobcardofficial @bobcardofficial it has been over a week since Ive asked for a rekyc link, but no one has responded on the email. If it's this hard to get a card that you called me for, wondering what happens if I reach out to you reg any card issues in the future.

@nammayatri Trip ID 9g84qK28fO, started 3 July ~12:49 PM. Driver demanded extra cash off-app, showed a different app to justify it, then argued with my wife on the road. Caused her real distress. Need this investigated and the driver actioned.

@AirIndiaX hi team, did a business class upgrade 30 mins ago but don't see the complimentary meal listed on my itinerary - website said kitchen is refreshing. Have my flight in 5 hours, could you please check.

@AirIndiaX I do understand the logistics constraints at your end. My question is why was it shown as an add-on during the business class upgrade? There's no point spending again for something which was claimed to be included in the upgrade.

@AirIndiaX Is there a way to add it adhoc? Perhaps from the airport counter? Also would strongly recommend to please fix your website to show the "eligible/valid" add-ons when prompting for an upgrade.
