@NischalShetty 1) Charge 1-5 K slab wise for all crypto users based on portfolio.
2) Inject some money in the name of WazirX.
3) Call for partnerships or sell the exchange.
4) If you finally retrieve all the money then split the difference and keep your side of the payment.

11) The remaining amount makes a slab of 1-3 K INR and subtract from every one. That means people will spend lesser time recovering from their loss. Even if i am a small investor they can still recover from a 3000 INR loss.

1) Paying 45% is not fair. This was done without consulting with us. Splitting the loss is not the right approach in this.
2) In my example this 45% deduction may cost me more than 10 laks which is my annual salary after all the tax cut.
