Fraud Cash withdrawal of Rs.50,000 has occurred from my debit card from another state(MP) without my authorization and the debit card being present with me (Mumbai). The incident took place at the time of lock down.

I have filed the complaint at the Bank and they have closed my request without any proper investigation saying it is a Customer Liability. Even after continuous follow up with bank authorities I am not getting any clarification from their end. Complaint No. #60781831.
