I don't think Pakistan is hesitant. I think they are still acting very responsibly.
But they need to understand that they are not dealing with another responsible state here. They are dealing with jihadi savages. And they need to readjust accordingly.
Giving #HarisRauf the 15th over in the #AsiaCupFinal proved that #salmanagha was utterly clueless as captain. Abrar & Saim were on a roll. Our team folded like a deck of cards. One little push and it came crumbling down. Be it batting or bowling. Absolutely pathetic.
He is indeed the hero to many guys like me growing up. He inspired a generation to serve the nation and lay down their lives in a moment. His memory should be kept alive @ForumStrategic. Thank you for honoring my hero 🇵🇰

Don’t shout at me but batting these days is way easier than 20/25 years ago! Probably twice as hard back then!
Waqar, Shoaib, Akram, Mushtaq, Kumble, Srinath, Harbhajan, Donald, Pollock, Klusener, Gough, McGrath, Lee, Warne, Gillespie, Bond, Vettori, Cairns, Vaas, Murali, Curtley, Courtney and the list could go on and on…
I’ve named 22 above. Please name me 10 modern day bowlers that can compare to the names above?
1/10 Thread: Pakistanis need to unlearn emotional nationalism & embrace strategic maturity.
Here are 10 hard lessons in statecraft we must absorb to survive & thrive in a brutal world.
The Pakistan Air Force stands alone as the only air force to have brought down Israeli jets without suffering a single loss. Over the years, in a series of covert deployments to support brotherly Arab nations, PAF pilots have racked up 10+ confirmed kills against the Israeli Air Force, a legacy written in fire and fearlessness.
One of the most iconic moments came when Air Commodore Sattar Alvi, flying a Syrian MiG-21, locked onto an Israeli Mirage and took it down with ruthless precision. It was more than a kill, it was a message written across the skies in afterburner and smoke.
As a lasting reminder of that deadly dance, the Israeli pilot’s G-suit, stripped from the wreckage of war, now rests proudly at the PAF Museum in Karachi. A trophy of triumph. A symbol of supremacy. A story the heavens still whisper.

His sacrifice should be remembered & honoured. We should commend the integrity of Indian Army’s Brig MPS Bajwa as his recommendation was also pivotal in him being rewarded Nishan-e-Haider. Soldiers should always be commended for their valor, bravery and integrity.

@TrascciaAlta88 Apparently, this family was repeatedly told to move back as there was risk of flood. They didn’t listen. A witness told in an interview. The government is to be blamed of course, but people should also listen and avoid putting their lives at risk. It’s tragic and heartbreaking.
