I just started using this at a friend's recommendation. I'm planning to use it to help me give feedback, as well as to lower the reading level on useful articles for my 6th graders.

#MiddleSchool#ScienceTeachers We're looking for some diagnostic test we can give at the start of 6th, 7th, & 8th grade to address gaps students have from the previous grade's @OfficialNGSS expectations. Does anyone know of such tests?
Our Jr. Scientists are working in small groups, investigating a “new life form” on @ExploreLearning Gizmos. Can they create a fair test to determine which environmental factor influences this life firm’s body shape?
My classes are learning about different kinds of variables and what makes a "Fair Test." This is a nice virtual exploration that we're using. https://t.co/6eLQUjpp38
Students (and staff!) are signing the “Earth Champion Pledge.” This not only fits our Grade 6 Environmental Science program, but coincides with the #seasonofcreation2023@GatorsSR
4 students, one on each side of a square table. 4 views of the “mystery cube.” What do you observe? What do the other 3 people observe? You can’t move from your seat or touch the cube. What claim do you make to answer the question, “What’s on the bottom?” What’s your reasoning?
I never had the pleasure of teaching Katie, but I was Erin's 6th-grade science teacher. I still remember when we built & tested kites, running down the long hallway before taking them outside on a very windy day! #GatorStrong@GatorsSR https://t.co/V4YkAG3P83
As many as 450,000 Americans may be living with alpha-gal syndrome, a meat allergy that has been linked to tick bites, with many of those people going undiagnosed, according to two new studies from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. https://t.co/PDdrWjW7uH
Awesome critters spotted on our camping trip in NY’s #FingerLakes. The blinded sphinx #moth has great camouflage, the dark fishing #spider is big enough to catch small fish, and the #toad is tinier than my pinkie nail.
