Return to our African Spirituality. The more we learn of the proud history of Africa before slavery, the more we will come to love who we are. Walk tall.
@Miges_S You say my fellow Africans are clueless. Some may be so, but that is because they were conditioned to be so by white Christians, and also now, by African Pentecostals.
Christianity enslaved Africans. Now that many are physically free they still remain in Christianity and fearful of African Spirituality. Sadly, the brainwashing still enslaves their minds. remains
@XolaniDexoks Nothing I say now will change your mind after many years of conditioning, my friend. You may start by looking at the history of your family and your country. Best wishes.
African children will develop a colonial mentality if we continue to educate them in a colonial system of education, especially if it is linked to Christianity.
Africans, brainwashed by Christianity will find it difficult to cleanse their minds and accept African Spirituality. They need encouragement. They should ask their ancestors to help them.
From 1868 to 1874, the president of Argentina, Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, carried out a covert genocide campaign to eliminate Africans from Argentina. By 1895 there were few Africans left. Africans, be aware.
Nkrumah was a Pan-Africanist. The colonizers got his military to overthrow him. Patrice Lumumba wanted Congo for the Congolese. He was assassinated. Nelson Mandela allowed whites to keep their ill-gained wealth while Africans remain in dire poverty.
Kongo, was founded by Lukeni lua Nimi in 1390. Portuguese arrived in 1483, the then king took Christian names. In 1913-14 Portugal put down a revolt and colonized Kongo with Angola. As usual, Christians corrupted an African kingdom and turned it into its colony.
Africans everywhere must stop being consumers of what others produce. Become producers too. And why should European and American marketers have control of what you produce?
Africa must change their education systems to produce their modern needs. Their universities must play a pivotal role in the changes, but be aware that such universities were founded for different purposes. Cecil Rhodes was not a friend of Black Africa.
The EU started its unification journey after World War II in 1945. It is still a work in progress. Africa will stumble along the way but it will be united.
