For the first time ever (I think), I just got "hung up on" by an online chat support agent! @Docusign need to do a review how their online agents treat their customers.
@Docusign Thanks - I'll send you a DM - if would be great it you could solve the issue, but your online chat agents assured me that as a free-tier customer, I was not entitled to a support case for further assistance.
@RoJoSequeira@Docusign@GetSigneasy Yeah thanks @RoJoSequeira - it's really odd that they would take this stance. Basically there is no support for free-tier users beyond online chat (and they are unable to solve the 2FA problem that I'm having). It feels like a weird way to treat a loyal user
@Docusign Thanks for the reply. I connected back in and another agent explained to me that I have lost 18 years of documents because I'm on the free tier and thus get no support for a 2FA issue with my account.
I've been a #Starbucks#rewards Gold tier for 15 years. This morning I found out that, due to the new "updated program", I've been reset to Green. It really feels like kick in the teeth after diligently choosing Starbucks over any other available coffee shop across the world. I'm assuming some hot-shot (or AI prompt) thought it was time to shake it up. This is so illustrative of the total disconnect that corporations have from the actual purpose of a loyalty program. I guess we're free to meet new people now @Starbucks. I feel free to explore new horizons now. Thanks for the 15 year relationship Starbucks. It was fun.

@Trailways My son booked a bus from Pullman, WA to Spokane for next week and bought Trip Protection. His flight was changed but he's being told that he is not eligible for a refund or any assistance changing his bus to an earlier day. Help?
