Autoimmune problems and allergies are a hidden epidemic in America. So what's causing all these food allergies? Vaccines are the primary culprit.... which are filled with toxic adjuvants like aluminum in conjunction with food proteins like eggs, gelatin, lactose, peanut oil, and other food stuffs that train and stimulate your immune system to view those food particles as a foreign invader when consumed.

The government and the medical establishment have known about the development of allergies when injecting food proteins since the early 1900s, and yet they do it anyways. Why is that? That's because having allergies makes for good business for the medical industrial complex. You spend your hard earned money on allergy shots, OTC allergy meds, doctor visits, and other medications to cope with the wide range of subsequent symptoms these allergies can cause.

These food allergies can manifest in an incomprehensible number of ways as well, especially mental health struggles, which is what many people in the carnivore diet community have come to learn with eliminating everything but meat from their diet. @MikhailaFuller and @jordanbpeterson are two big examples of these eliminations resolving all their symptoms.

As vaccination rates have increased, so do the rates of allergies, which are growing at rates about 4x faster than the population has in the last 20 years. Think about that for a second and look to our future. Everyone is going to have autoimmune problems.

If anyone is struggling with literally any symptom, including depression, anxiety, etc, try a carnivorous ketogenic diet. Once you find your baseline, reintroduce plant foods one by one slowly to gauge how they effect you. You will never know if that spinach you are eating is giving you back pain, or the kale is ruining your thyroid and making you depressed, or whatever other food derived autoimmune issue, unless you eliminate and re-add.
