The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.

At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

With Hormuz || closed, Iran triggered everyone dpending on Gulf oil. If it stays closed 4 a week, all know its effects. Storing a month resrvs doesnt give security.

Now wen d situation has come: choose either US or Iran. We need US more than Iran. So we chose US and supported. We surrendered to US afraid of sanctions/tarrifs

No customer wll b having multiple bnking accounts. No fund diversions will be there. 100% monitoring wll be there.
We gonna have enough Capital and enough Deposits
