It is very disappointing service from ACT.. I paid 3 months amount for new connection 10 days back.. they couldn't install. But they are also not refunding the money. Why is it taking so much time? While paying from our side you guys were very apt.

@gailindia @gail_gas I am facing payment issue for last 1 month. Raised it over phone , mail even visited the HSR Bengaluru gail gas office also. Still not resolved. Fines are being accumulated due to late payment. Please look into this issue. I am being very disappointed now.
