A must-read for anyone interested in understanding what true religiosity means beyond rituals, beliefs, and spiritual identities.

2026 Asian Games took an exceptional turn for India this time. Interestingly, India was in the fourth rank among all the countries to secure maximum number of medals with 85 medals including 21 gold, 27 silver, and 37 bronze. Out of which, India’s “female athletes” won 37 medals.
Yes! It’s indeed an exceptional performance as far as I can see it.. that too coming from a country whose history hasn’t been that “good” when it comes to allowing females to take part in international sports. As of now, what I knew of India in the recent times was a proliferated image wherein the entire country was famous only for conducting immense “marriage ceremonies” when it comes to promoting their daughters. But this time, the indication was a bit different. It seems that the entire nation is slowly moving towards an era which is not “same” for females anymore as it earlier used to be.
India is no more a country where a female is “only” encouraged for getting married and settle early, but a lot more is changing and slowly opportunities are also changing their pace differently.. Yes, the time is indeed changing! And I can witness it!
And what shocked me even more was India’s win in the female “Combat and Fighting” category. I just encountered two of such amazing young female athletes who grabbed gold and bronze medals in the recent “Mixed Martial Arts(MMA)” category of Asian games for the country in my recently conducted Vedanta Session class where Acharya Prashant interacted with the MMA champions Aarya Chaudhary and Rewa Bhadoriya and discussed their deep rooted self-knowledge reflections on topics like “restlessness after the winning match”, “anxiety before the competition”, “dealing with the uncertainty of age” while starting their fighting career, etc..
It’s an amazing video to reflect upon for sure!

A true champion doesn't just know how to fight in the ring. A true seeker also dares to question life itself. That's the spirit behind this conversation with MMA champions. 💪
