@_ben_gs For me they exist together. I love my club football but once international break arrives I revert to England...then once those games r over I'm straight back into club footy again. Likewise I'm fully invested in England throughout the WC then it will be back to the normal season

Police say a man was taken into custody last night after attempting to steal a goose from a local park but the goose took care of the situation long before officers arrived.

When police reached the scene, they found the man sprawled on the ground, shouting for help, while the goose stood over him like a furious security guard: wings spread wide, hissing, and refusing to let him get up.

By the time officers separated the two, the bird had already “made the arrest.”
One responding officer summed it up perfectly:

“Honestly… the goose did our job for us.
Get a guard goose i say! 🤣

@WBA @SpreadexSport Thought we had got away with it as we needed half time 20 mins in tonight. We certainly didnt look like a team that had won the last 5 and didnt even look like we wanted to win tonight. I thought we would have been fired up but it felt like Bruce was back. This was soooo Albion!!

@AllAlbionFans I used to live next door to his sister. Once when he visited her me and 2 of my Blues mates had a photo taken with him and he joked about me kneeling down at the front by saying "stick the Albion down there where they belong"... he signed for us the very next year!!!

@HJMKent We've seen more in his 61 minutes for us than any of our other 'strikers'. Agreed we need a lot of other things but at least it'll give us a presence in the box...and we may win a header off a cross for the first time this season!

@ALBIONFANTV I remember loads of people last year saying they didn't mind dropping back to the Champ as we get to win more games!! It's only fun if u can get back up in the 2 yrs u get the parachute payments..after that ur just another lower league club treading water or worse

@WestJaminAlbion Try to put it in perspective. I know we're all fed up at the moment but do u remember in lockdown when we were all desperate to watch live football? We would have gone into the ground just to watch the grass grow back then! Unfortunately for most... Albion is a part of our lives!

We've played Derby twice this season and both times they've looked the worst side in the league and shown zero ambition. They never created a chance today and barely got into our half at the Albion. The fact they have taken 4 points off us is absolutely criminal!! #WBA

@badly_drawn_boy I remember when we last played up at Hampden in the WCQ and they completly destroyed our anthem...but as it was the Scots it was ok. When I hear our anthem booed everywhere it always makes me think "Ok lets show 'em" so its counter productive as it just gees the opposition up...
