Had ordered these speakers @amazonIN, they gave a damaged product, so I ordered for a replacement and then they again gave a different speaker altogether and i asked for a refund, but haven't yet heard anything from them till now except for this 'return requested' plz see to this

@AmazonHelp U just cnt get away like this. I highly doubt if ur team is actively workin on my concern. It shouldn't take so much time. It almost more than a month that i hv been asking for my own money. I want a customer care number. Or a solid E-mail id of ur senior. Dis aint wrkin lik ths

@AmazonHelp I dont want to do any further correspondence with social media team...they are not the appropriate help i want. What department looks after the refund issue??? Connect me there.
I have already replied to the mails and mesaages of social media team which went in vain.

@AmazonHelp I am constantly replying to amazon...but this aint goin anywhere...stop making fool of us. is this the way you earn money by not refunding ur customers' for wrong products.
How long i have to be after u guys to get my money back?
