@cperciva @markadams44 Does this actually happen? Backlogs in outpatient imaging is real, but for the ED I would expect it far more likely that you’d sit in the waiting room until there’s physician capacity, rather than be admitted, imaged, and the images not read.

@alsmola I could imagine ways to do the other two, sort of -- e.g. js-based client-side encryption with a key stored in the session (kind of like a CSRF token). You could also have middleware that accepts cleartext params and rewrites them with said key
