$SOFI management has already laid out a pretty clear roadmap through 2028.
They’re targeting:
30%+ annual adjusted revenue growth
38%–42% annual adjusted EPS growth
That would put SoFi around $7.9B in adjusted revenue and $1.02–$1.12 in adjusted EPS by 2028.
Put a 40x earnings multiple on that and you get roughly $41–$45 per share.
The stock is around $19 today.
And if you’ve followed SoFi for a while, you know management has historically tended to start with achievable guidance and raise it as execution comes through.
That’s what makes this so interesting to me.
You don’t need some crazy scenario to make the upside work.
Management’s own long-term targets already point to a stock that could more than double from here.
$INMD — Steel Partners just blew open the INMD takeover saga. We peeled this situation carefully: their unsolicited all-cash bid for $16.75 per share directly challenges the CEO's prior offer. This $16.75 represents a 3.4% premium over the CEO-led $16.20 proposal from June 24th, and a sharp 10.5% premium over yesterday's closing price.
This bid escalates the battle just nine days after Steel publicly criticized the insider deal, calling it an undervaluation. The board's special committee, which previously rejected other strategic alternatives, now faces two competing offers. This isn't about accepting; it's about reacting.
The immediate move hinges on the CEO group. Will they raise their bid, or will the board engage with Steel Partners? Keep INMD on watch. We peel the news before it peels you.

تحديث مهم لملاك سهم Inmode
$inmd
$INMD
A white knight has emerged in the form of an investment fund offering to acquire $INMD for $16.75 per share.
This compares with the company’s CEO, Moshe Mizrahy, who offered $16.20 per share.
This is almost certainly not the final chapter in the battle for the company, and we expect further developments.
