Sometimes the patchup work is done but mud and concrete which is an eyewash and only of one day...

Since one week I have been asking for no claim status for last 3 years for my policy no P/161219/01/2025/000620 (master policy no P/900000/01/2025/000090), No response from any end after so many mails and follow up with customer support.

Ticket no raised for the issue is 21552714 on 3rd nov saying isue to be resolved in 24 hrs.
72 hrs gone, no responses yet and even customer support also giving lies to me on phone that it will be resolved immediately on every occasion.
But no resolution to the customers request
