Engineer होना अभिशाप हो गया है!

In four years we have encountered many problems and solved it in most of the cases such as corona,border-gavaskar trophy,galwan valley,bihar election etc.....but BPSC is not able to clear one vacancy i.e 02/2017 in four years....
