almost certain i’m gonna be a full time student starting in like 2 months and hopefully work part time in a new job but i’m so worried how to sustain it with an edddd esp considering the job is high stress/consequence
i purged my starbucks frappe in my car trash bag before going into work and after my shift i completely forgot until i got back in my car and it smelled so bad
i think it’s easiest and most sustainable if i do weekly calorie budget instead of daily for a couple weeks and have days where i eat a normal amount then days where i fast during the week bc i’ve always been good with 1-2 day fasts and that way ill be able to eat on days i work
