@sungszhang thats understandable! i just find it harder to restrict- if i need to eat i’ll have a protein bar. tbf my sleep schedule is soo fucked so ig my my lunch time would technically be when i eat😭 i omad between 8pm-12am but sleep in till 4 or later cus i dontt sleep till morning
